Other entertainers gave of their time for the Starkey Gala!
Raised Over $4 Million
This spectacular evening included performances by Yearwood, singer/songwriter Michael Bolton who performed a song
written solely for the evening by Paul Williams, and pop and stage performer Donny Osmond.
Dozens of additional celebrities— including Lorraine Bracco, Robert Culp, Lou Ferrigno,
Senator John Glenn, Marlee Matlin, Leslie Nielsen, Mickey Rooney, Marion Ross,
Paul Michaels and many others also attended the event.
Also, Paul Peterson seen in some of the background conducted the music.

Some of the children were present that had been the recipients of
the great services of the Hearing Foundation. They are on stage
here with Minnesota Senator, Norm Coleman and Bill Austin,
founder of the Starkey Hearing Foundation.

 

Kelly Price gave a great uplifting performance!

Lorraine Bracco of the Sopranos was a presenter.

Hockey Great ~ Gordie Howe

This spectacular evening included performances by Trisha Yearwood, who was
joined by Garth Brooks. He showed his appreciation for the recognition by bidding $250,000
during the live auction to fund a Starkey mission to South Africa to give hearing aids to people in need.
 

Merrill's friend & business partner, Phil Morrell of the Morrell Foundation gave his donation in the
live auction for the Rolls Royce a great cause to fund many of the missions for 2006!
Phil took the stage to let the audience know about the great work he is doing in Iraq.
